This is a Babelfish translation of the French tutorial. I have tried to extract and summarize this information in my English "README" file.

The purpose of CESSNA 206 STATIONAIR This small page is to render comprehensible to you in images the various functions included in this Cessna 206 Stationair. First of all, the panel 2d. I believe that on this level, there is nothing great a deal to add... Then, the Virtual one. Welcome in the place in which I prefer to find myself and I hope for it also soon you... On this screen, you can notice that the left side opening can open. For celà, it is possible for you to make 2 things. Or you press on the key which usually deploys the air-brakes of the planes which are equipped with it (What is not its case...). What causes its instantaneous opening in only one phase. It is enough to rappuyer on the same key to close again it. Or, it is also possible to open it and close it using the mouse. For celà, you position the pointer anywhere on the framing of window, you maintain the button left of the mouse supported and you draw towards you to open it. The reverse to close again it. It is a little illogical but good... This way of opening it allow you contrary to the other to stop its opening at any stage (entrebaillé or opened à.fond). In the current version, the window of right-hand side can also do it but no key allow to do it. It is possible to open it and close it only while clicking on the window with the left button of the mouse, while it maintaining inserted and while slipping not from top to bottom but of right-hand side on the left and vice versa. To open the doors, again 2 choices. SHIFT + E for the first or to click with the mouse while pointing ON the button of door of the pilot door. This action can be made open or closed window. To open the cap, simply SHIFT + E + 2. To lower or reassemble the pilot sun visor, you must use the key keyboard which, on an aircraft of the navy, make it possible to descend the hook from landing. Called "tailhook" in the English version of FS. Normally, of origin, this function is not activated by a key. For celà, you must go in small "the options", assignment of keys and assign a key "to descend or assemble the tailhook". For my part, I chose the key "," (comma). For the principal functionalities of the panel instrument, here a photograph with accompanying notes simpler to include/understand for everyone. The switchs of Auxiliary Fuel pump, the various lights and the powering of the various instruments are them also easy to handle using the mouse and are located under the yoke of left. If you want to know your speed in km/h, it is enough to move your mouse on the speedometer dial and to wait one or 2 seconds. The visible lever of the flaps on this photograph is also easy to handle using the mouse. For celà, to put the pointer of the mouse on the small beige pull knob, to maintain the button left of the mouse inserted and to draw somewhat downwards. It can stop on the 3 stages (10, 20 and 40°) as in reality. It is possible, in virtual cockpit, to click at certain places ON various instruments in order to reveal them into pop-up (in 2d). You remain thus in virtual cockpit without having to pass by again in 2d for, for example, to adjust various frequencies on the radio operator panel (you will say that it is possible to do it into CV but legibility is not always easier and the response time of the gauges is often slower. These instruments are: - the GPS. Click on its screen to reveal it into pop-up. Attention however. I do not know by which mystery, the GPS which appears on the window 2d does not have a relationship with that posted in virtual cockpit. Indeed, any action that you will commetterez on the GPS in 2d will not reflect on the other... They thus behave like 2 independent GPS... Too bad. To close again it, rappuyez on the screen of the GPS for 3d. - the PANEL RADIOS: If you click exactly at the place indicated on this screen, all the panel radios is posted in 2d and to close again it, you support again on the same place on the panel radios 3d or then also on the same place of the panel radios 2d. - the gauge of information of the outside temperature located on one of ventilations (cfr screen). It is functional in virtual Cockpit. It is however rather hard to read. For celà, it is permissible for you to also reveal it in a window in 2d while clicking on the center of the gauge in virtual cockpit. But also thanks to a small icon located on the instrument panel (C°). You will not be able to say that one did not give you the choice! On this screen, the gauge of speed is not finished yet but it is the case now. And the night...? Eh well, this panel just like lays out of a lighting of night my preceding model (Cessna 150 Commuter). You have the choice between the lighting of all the cockpit like always: This same lighting added with the lighting of the gauges: And finally of the lighting of the gauges only: This lighting is coupled with the landing lights. A little unrealistic, I concede it, but so much more resting at the time of the night flights. The sun visor of the pilot can be lowered and reassembled thanks to the key or combination of keys which make it possible to operate the stick of landing. So that celà function, it is necessary, if it is not already done, to assign this function in the parameters of the keys (English tailhook). Here are which is known as. Place now at the thorough discovery of Cessna 206 Stationair. Good recreation with all and all. Good flights with all and all. Guided François-Denis. (fravin) Belgium.
